The project is located in Mutuelle ville, an emblematic neighborhood located north of downtown's Tunis and bordering Belvedere park, in this district resided in the 1900s by members of a mutual, and has been transformed over the years into a residential area with art nouveau, modernist and contemporary buildings with vibrant greenery.

Villa Le-vingt-deux is designed by Achraf Meddeb and Hassene Jeljeli, a duo of architects from different background and generation.
This project consisted of renovation of a building built in 1950s. It features two independent entities: A flagship showroom and workspace for the luxury ready to wear brand ANISSA AIDA on the ground floor with their atelier space in the basement as well as a residential apartment on the upper floor.

Anissa Aida is a slow fashion line melding together cultural influences from Tunisia and Japan, preserving tunisian heritage and traditional craftsmanship.

The project takes into consideration the identity of the brand and its location.
