The restaurant of the the chef was born out of the chef's desire to realize all his personal fantasies to serve dishes that look like a work of art. The restaurant was inspired by galleries and artistic representatives with a huge iron library A variety of artefacts collected from all over the world including the shoe sculpture of Tom Dixon in which the chef served a special dish for an official meal of the Prime Minister of Israel and the Prime Minister of Japan.
