The relatively small plot has an area of 670.00 square meters. The program basically consists of an atrium, common room, kitchen, laundry, guest bathroom, suite and garage for two cars on the ground floor and three suites on the first floor. The project started in 2010 and the work was completed in 2017.

The Architecture project is essentially characterized by fulfilling the spirit of the plot of land in which it is located, by scrupulously ensuring the rigorous bridging of the gables and roof of the house located on the plot to the right, as well as of all the existing walls and gables of the house to the left. The street wall also meets the height required by the allotment.

Formally, the interconnection between the interior of the dwelling and the exterior spaces was ensured through the provision of large sliding window frames, mostly oriented to the south, towards the pool. In order to ensure thermal comfort, carefully guided blades were used, which also served to create paths protected from the rain and also transition spaces between the interior and the exterior.

The house is white, ensuring chromatic continuity with the other dwellings in the allotment. Occasionally, white concrete was also provided in some façade walls and exterior ceilings. The colour of the window frames and metallic pillars is matt anthracite. The roofs are flat, of the inverted type, with the exception of the sloped roof, the lanterns and the roof that protects the entrance, which are finished in zinc.

Interiorly, Estremoz Extra marble was used on the floors, laundry and bathrooms, with the exception of the social bathroom, which is covered with Alabaster, illuminated by the interior. The floors of the suites and circulation areas on the first floor are made of Walnut wood. The carpentry is in light grey lacquered wood, with the exception of the stairs, the entrance area and the kitchen, which are also covered with Walnut wood. Exteriorly, granite cube pavements were used, complemented with Beige Travertine slab in the access path to the entrance to the house and in the area of the external stairs, and wooden deck around the pool and on the first floor terrace.
