From the redevelopment of an old workshop comes restaurant Linfa Milano – Eat Different. A project in which every detail has been taken care of: from the selection of raw materials – all high quality with low environmental impact and 100% plant-based – for a gourmet menu, to the choice of furnishings, with the Lisa chairs and barstools by S•CAB to allow the most comfortable welcome.

Overlooking the street, three large windows offer a view of the interior of the restaurant in all its peculiarity: a building body longitudinal to the walkway divided into three halls, each characterized by colours and furnishings to create a specific atmosphere. The entrance to the restaurant is characterized by an original, renovated central column, with a furnished bar counter around it that welcomes customers in a soft and pleasant setting where they can have a drink at the counter, seated on Lisa barstools. The second area, more private, which can be transformed for events and celebrations, is modern and innovative. The third one has a metropolitan mood with few intimate tables; from the latter you can see the open kitchen to experience the brigade and the chef while they elaborate simple, natural products and transform them into delicacies with a unique flavour. Light illuminates the venue through oval portholes overlooking the courtyard.

The outdoor area is an ideal continuation – same tables, chairs, and flooring, because it is considered a natural extension of the restaurant – located among the trees and protected by glass walls.

And in each hall a combination of dominant colours, also reflected in the chairs and barstools: cream and antique pink, yellow and beige, dove grey and brown. Lisa, designed by Marcello Ziliani for S•CAB, reconfirms itself as a flexible and contemporary chair, born from a concrete need of the company to innovate and break the mould of traditional design, to be a timeless piece of furniture, capable of transforming itself. A characteristic made possible by the infinite combination of finishes, materials, and fabrics that give it a new flavour every time.

Lisa draws inspiration from the elegant atmosphere that permeated the 1950s and 1960s interiors. A retro charm, a domestic memory, which reassures and warms up the environment with its shapes. The enveloping and slightly padded backrest, like the seat, make Lisa perfect in any environment. The light yet sturdy metal structure enhances its visual lightness. Lisa is available in four types: chair, armchair, barstool, and lounge.

Linfa – Eat Different is a new and innovative restaurant of international inspiration, which inaugurates in Italy the possibility of having plant-based meals and drinks surrounded by an elegant yet emotionally stimulating atmosphere that also manages to be closely linked to nature.

ITA - Partendo dalla riqualificazione di una vecchia officina nasce il ristorante Linfa Milano – Eat Different. Un progetto in cui è stato curato ogni minimo dettaglio: dalla selezione delle materie prime - tutte di alta qualità con basso impatto ambientale e 100% vegetali - per un menu gourmet, fino alla scelta degli arredi, con le sedie e gli sgabelli Lisa di S•CAB per consentire la più confortevole delle accoglienze.

Con affaccio su strada, tre ampie vetrine offrono la vista sull’interno del locale in tutta la sua particolarità: un corpo di fabbrica longitudinale al camminamento diviso in tre sale, ognuna caratterizzata da colori e arredi per ricreare specifiche atmosfere. L’ingresso del ristorante è caratterizzato da una colonna centrale originale, ristrutturata, attorno alla quale è stato arredato il bancone bar, che accoglie i clienti in un contesto soft e piacevole dove poter prendere un drink al banco, accomodati sugli sgabelli Lisa. La seconda zona, più riservata, trasformabile per eventi e celebrazioni, è moderna e innovativa. La terza ha un mood metropolitano con pochi tavoli intimi; su quest’ultima si affaccia la cucina a vista che permette di vivere l'experience di osservare la brigata e lo chef mentre sono intenti nell’elaborare prodotti semplici, naturali e trasformarli in prelibatezze dal sapore unico. La luce permea nel locale attraverso la creazione di oblò ovali prospicienti il cortile.

Prosieguo ideale è il dehors - stessi tavoli, sedute e pavimentazione, perché considerato naturale estensione del ristorante - collocato tra gli alberi e protetto da vetrate.

E ad ogni sala un abbinamento di colori dominanti, ripresi anche nelle sedie e negli sgabelli: panna e rosa antico, giallo e beige, tortora e marrone. Lisa, disegnata da Marcello Ziliani per S•CAB, si riconferma una seduta duttile e contemporanea, nata da una concreta esigenza dell’azienda di innovare e uscire dai tradizionali schemi progettuali. Per essere un oggetto di arredo atemporale, capace di trasformarsi. Una caratteristica resa possibile dalla infinita combinazione di finiture, materiali e tessuti che ogni volta la vestono di nuovo sapore.

Lisa trae ispirazione dall’elegante atmosfera che permeava gli interni anni ‘50 e ‘60. Un fascino retrò, una memoria domestica, che con le sue forme rassicura e riscalda l’ambiente. Lo schienale avvolgente e leggermente imbottito, come la seduta, rendono Lisa perfetta in ogni ambiente. La leggera ma robusta struttura in metallo, ne esalta la leggerezza visiva e formale. Lisa è disponibile in quattro tipologie: sedia, poltroncina, sgabello e lounge.

Linfa – Eat Different è un ristorante di nuova concezione e di ispirazione internazionale, che inaugura in Italia la possibilità di consumare pasti plant based e drink immersi in atmosfere eleganti, ma anche strettamente legate alla natura ed emozionalmente stimolanti.
