Home, Office, and Workshop - a whole world for one modern family from Dnipro. In 2007, the acquired plot was located in a depressed area, among half-abandoned private buildings. The construction lasted 14 years. The emergence of a small multifunctional facility in this place contributed to the rise of business interest in the area. Small private investors began to master it. Reconstructed private buildings, a well-maintained parking lot, a pizzeria and a shop, street lighting - only the beginning of the transformation of the territory for the safety and future well-being of which the owner had to fight over the years.

The compact volume of the building invites visitors to enter in a friendly manner thanks to the striking protruding elements of the main façade. The floating corners of the building lend lightness and dynamism to the overall solution. The wings of the second floor accommodate the Home and Office. Ground floor - Workshop. The interior space of the Office and Workshop is made exclusively of locally produced materials (concrete, brick, metal, glass). Expressive textures, exquisite product design, rays of sunlight playing on corrugated surfaces from the original atmosphere of a space capable of generating the energy of creation.

A more sophisticated solution is the space for family living. The common room and part of the premises are formed around a giant lantern. Thus, daylight enters the main volume, which has practically no windows in the outer walls, causing a feeling of lightness and spaciousness.
