Sant Just Project

This is how Casa Sant Just began, an 820 m2 Architecture, Interior Design, Decoration and Construction project - carried out by the construction company The Room Work - where all the interior and exterior rooms of the house are totally connected. A luxury project where comfort is sought in its entirety, not only aesthetically, but also thanks to solar, light and climate control. The aim is to integrate technology in order to feel it and enjoy it with all five senses but remaining totally integrated in each space.

The starting point was the idea of creating an architectural project without stridency, characterised by the elegance of its forms and the serenity of its materials. It is described as a house to be enjoyed, where each space is independent but integrated into the common language of the house. For this reason, on the ground floor is the daytime area to enjoy with family and friends; unlike the upper floor which is intended for the sleeping and resting area. There is also the basement, where the car parking area, the general facilities and the gymnasium are located.

The garden area of the house blends in perfectly with the rest of the house. A synergy is created between the exterior and interior for the enjoyment of the porch, the swimming pool and the green areas. Noble and sensorial materials have been used for the project, seeking different textures to create specific sensations in each space.
