Ningbo Villa | DLArchitecture Domitilla Lepri

For this project DLA was required to design a restyling project. The villa renovation was completed but the style was heavy and inappropriate to a young dynamic couple. We kept the structure of the villa and we redesigned the whole interior decoration, including wall and floor finish, staircase railing, ceiling decoration windows, and overall build in and loose furniture. The couple required a fresh and original style, DLArchitecture enhanced the importance of the villa by keeping classical elements such as wood panels and marble floor, mixing them with creatives and unexpected geometrical painted elements on the walls. Almost each room is original and unexpected and with different inspirational elements. The staircase feature a long glass pending lamp from Bocci crossing 3 floors, and visible from the central hall. The eastern tea room feature a wall decoration inspired from the European art from the mid XX century. The furniture selection has been carefully prepared by DLArchitecture furnishing department enhancing creativity and imagination each room focusing on different color and style.  Furniture, lighting and complements from Baxter, Fendi Casa, Meridiani, Woodnotes, Kartell, Flos, Artemide and many others.
