This building is a collection of residential units that are similar to the villas on the floors of this building. The land allocated to this project with an area of ​​1170 square meters in the city of Neshtarood, Mazandaran, is located in the closest allowed distance to the sea.
The vision of this project is the sea on one side and the beautiful forests of Mazandaran on the other.
The infrastructure area of ​​this complex is 5800 square meters, of which 1600 square meters is public space and 4200 square meters is residential space, which is obtained in 8 floors.
In the winter of 1399, the employer of this project, referring to Samo Architecture Studio, requested the design of a luxury building to encourage the public to buy an apartment instead of a villa.He started designing residential units with large terraces and encountered problems during the design. Because all residential units had to face the sea and the forest, and due to the existence of a road with a height equal to the residential units, the terraces of the units located on the forest side had a disturbing view, so we have deep terraces with We considered the minimum width to minimize the disturbing view and also found the opportunity to create a different atmosphere.
