the first sketch was made in 2004 on site in a friend's log cabin. At the end of May it was still bitterly cold there and the ground was just thawing.
In the basement there is a monolithic structure for the sauna and wellness area, which can be quickly sealed off in the event of a flood.

Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen monolithischen Baukörper für Sauna und Welln'ä'ssen, der bei drohendem Hochwasser schnell abgeschottet werden kann.
