Architectural study and interior design of a house in Kastelli in Kissamos.
The aim of the study was to design a modern loft to accommodate the needs of a young couple.
It consists of two levels, the lower main area and a loft.
The first level includes an open plan living-kitchen area, a guest bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the loft has a bedroom, an office space and a shared bathroom.
Characteristic is the creation of several openings on the facades in order to make the maximum possible use of natural light in all areas of the loft.
Interior decoration is characterized by simple lines.
Furniture and fabrics were chosen in gray tones.
Leather and wood dominate the space, while special lighting compositions complete a fairly modern image.
