We respect and admire the Italians' daring spirit and the ability to get away with what other nations would consider controversial. It fueled our design concept for Snatch in which we explored the audacious, mischievous, even naughty side of Italian culture. We didn’t shy away from using classic elements like the column, atlas and marble but we’ve interpreted them in today’s design language and placed them alongside neon, graffiti and leopard print. The epitome of taste or borderline vulgarity? Depends who you ask!

In Riga restaurants must compete for customers through more than food. There's no deep-rooted restaurant tradition. Millenials are the first generation to embrace dining out for pleasure after Latvia regained its independence. Snatch brings a new style of Italian dining experience to the city which has its share of trattorias and pizzerias. The menu features classic favourites with adventurous ingredients like monkfish alla puttanesca.
