THE DESIGN: these little houses are built by combining structural modules with the size of 3,00x5,80 mt. each, plus side closure walls. They are made to increase their size in case of need, and transportable everywhere, according with the container home concept. THE STRUCTURE: the modules are built with X-LAM technology, with multi-layer wood panels properly finished on interior and exterior side. Structures, fixtures and fittings are designed to guarantee maximum thermal comfort and optimum performance for energy savings. The whole shell is certified REI 90 for fire resistance. THE BLOCK: the area is designed as a single district, where every house has its own private entrance from a common garden; here are placed a meeting room, a laundry space and the staff office. Every house is visitable, public areas are accessible.
