The site chosen for the project is a free area located in Ward 10, Aaryad South, Alappuzha, Kerala, next to Madayanthodu Road, Madurai Road and Komalapuram Road. Here we chose to build a little new neighborhood made by single-family houses and two/three storeys buildings, located in 4-units blocks surrounded by green and free open space. On one end of the neighborhood, there will be a central square with public service, market area, and a covered coffee-restaurant space, plus a green public area and a fountain. Multi storeys units host a family per floor.
