It is an isolated single-family house with two floors, with an outdoor pool, oriented to the south and full view of the Bay of Roses.


To try to adapt to the topography as much as possible, the upper floor, where the main access to the house takes place, is developed on two levels: a ramp with a reasonable slope leads to the parking for two vehicles, which communicates with an elevator and staircase to the second level where there is pedestrian access and four bedrooms with their own bathroom. All of them face the sea and have access to the balcony that goes from end to end of the main façade. The parking deck also works as an outdoor car park.


The lower floor is for the day area, with a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as the master suite and two courtesy toilets (one inside and one outside). At this level, there are two covered outdoor areas: one for a dining room with an office and barbecue, and the other for living.


The pool is located on a 2m lower terrace, and from there you can access the successive ones that make up the garden until you reach the lower street that limits the plot.


The entire structure of the house in contact with the ground is made of concrete, and the rest (bearing walls, slabs and interior divisions) are made of wood. Together with the isolation and the underfloor heating system, the feeling of comfort inside the house is, accompanied by the spectacular view from any point, unbeatable.

Se trata de una casa unifamiliar aislada de dos plantas, con piscina exterior, orientada a sud puro y vista plena a la bahía de Roses.


Para tratar de adaptarse al máximo a la topografía, la planta superior, por donde se produce el acceso principal a la casa, se desarrolla en dos niveles: mediante una rampa de pendiente razonable se accede al párking para dos vehículos, que comunica con ascensor y escalera al segundo nivel donde hay el acceso peatonal y cuatro habitaciones con baño propio. Todas ellas miran al mar y tiene acceso al balcón que va de extremo a extremo de la fachada principal. La cubierta del párking, además, funciona como aparcamiento exterior.


La planta inferior es la destinada a la zona de día, con sala de estar, comedor y cocina, además de la suite principal y dos aseos de cortesía (uno interior y otro exterior). En este nivel, se generan dos zonas exteriores cubiertas: una destinada a comedor con office y barbacoa, y la otra a estar.


La piscina está ubicada en un aterrazamiento 2m inferior, y desde ahí se accede a los sucesivos que conforman el jardín hasta llegar a la calle inferior que limita la parcela.


Toda la estructura de la casa en contacto con el terreno es de hormigón armado, y el resto (paredes portantes, forjados y divisiones interiores) están realizados con madera. Junto con el aislamiento utilizado y la climatización por suelo radiante, hace que la sensación de confort en el interior de la vivienda, acompañada por la impresionante vista que se tiene desde cualquier punto, sea inmejorable.
