The developer commissioned us the relooking of an apartment in Castellón to monetize his property investment.

Once the market analysis was done, we characterized the property with a Nordic, neutral and youthful style, so that future tenants could add their personal touch.

The chosen tones were taupe, in all its nuances, and natural wood as a counterpoint. Sage green and maroon touches bring an elegant and sophisticated air to the whole.

Priority has been given to the creation of functional, custom-designed spaces.
If necessary, the corner of the living room can be quickly converted into a small office.

The bedroom is conceived as a suite that invites calm and rest.

To achieve this, taupe tones and natural textiles with their textures and shades generate a warm and cozy atmosphere.
