Private Villa, Xirokampi | Dimiourgiki S.A.

The architectural study and the study of the surrounding area of the residence at Xirokambi, were done on a land of 1.1 acres.

The aim of the architectural study was to design a touristic residence with a ground floor and a swimming pool.

The entrance of the building is from the southern part of the plot where an outdoor parking lot is located. 

The house has a swimming pool of 60sq.m. as well as outdoor living areas, a barbeque and an area around the swimming pool.

It is a ground floor building that includes 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The communal functions were placed in the northen part of the residence, where as the private ones in the southern.
Among the greatest characteristics are the large openings of the house that overlook towards the east and the surrounding area.

The materials chosen to build the house are concrete, stone and wood.

The interior creates a holiday atmosphere, by choosing textures and materials in beige tones.

For the basic furniture, natural wood was chosen as the main material.

Special constructions such as wardrobes, headboards and boudoir have been designed by the study team.
