This project was designed for using at the weekend. The client's request was a minimal form with a simple facade and a neoclassical interior design with colored furniture. A large terrace in first floor, a balcony in ground floor and large windows with sea view were among the design requirements and influenced the form of the building.

The materials that be used were white cement, paint and wood. By creating frames, an attempt was made to get the building form out of uniformity and a simple rectangle due to the small surface and dimensions of the facade.

In order to reduce the industrial sense of the space due to the multiplicity of glass surfaces, to make the northern and southern lights and air circulation, the stained glass technique was used on some glass to reflect the designs and colors and their movement on the floor and walls to make a warm house for the family.

Upstairs, a private study room was considered, which eventually combined different colors and symbols to create a lovely room with a sense of vitality. Also, a small bar table with sea view was placed next to the terrace to use in cold seasons for enjoy the snowy weather and outside view away from the surrounding noise and severe beach storms.

At the end, what was important in this building was the good feeling of peace at home.
