This small house stands by the river Seversky Donets. It is rather a summer house of a townsman than a cottage in a suburb. Small in size building as a temporary shelter from the bad weather with the priority of living on the site. Opened zones of the terrace and bonfire predominate over the indoor spaces. For the organization of the last ones the main criterion was the window view to the river and the site. Small size and frame construction technology made it possible to concentrate on the simple archetypal form which is not perceived as an extraneous in the old cottage village.
