Visualization of publick space, dock and promenade in Oslo, Norway. The project is the final piece of public space sequence along the fjord promenade, in front of the new Munch museum, wich will open for veiwing the project also from above.
Concept builds upon a stylization of rock formation, with varius treatment of surfaces casted in concrete. This creates a tactile and visual variety, interplay of shadows, reflactions from wather, granulation of concrate and inclination of surfaces gives a differente experiance depending on the distance from the public space, weather and time of year.
It was a pleasure to work with colleagues from Rambollo office - Hana, Lucia and Jovana on this wonderful project. For now, everything remains on the idea, but one day ... you never know.
