In apartment owned by the family of two people, we implemented a concept of modern and technologically advanced small-sized housing for those, who prefer quality to quantity. 48-meter apartment is technically equipped: it contains two bathrooms, three large storage areas with clearly specified functions, system of balanced ventilation and channel air conditioning.

Layout is designed in such a way as to hide relatively small size of the space—by means of sliding partitions, all rooms can be joined together if necessary. The whole layout concept is “transferring” space which can be looked through from different points, forming interesting and complicated views.

The apartment interior is modern, sharp and graphic, but still cozy and warm. It is based on combination of considered set of textures and colors emphasized by black details and elements.
