In the heart of Chisinau, the capital of the Republic of Moldova, there is a Japanese restaurant Esushi (one of the branch of its network). This public place represents the experiment realized by ZENdesign and here is no place for generally accepted vision of Japanese culture. Here we are balancing on the crossroads of Europe and Asia.
