The architectural project began after the inspection and structural diagnosis of the building with the objective of assessing its state of structural conservation.
After this work, we concluded that a project would be developed that would preserve the identity of the building, taking advantage of the existing constructive system, the central staircase box of access to the upper floors, the wooden floor structures and the conservation of the congenital characteristics of the façades.
The building consists of eight studio flats and a commercial establishment on the ground floor with a basement storage room.
