Xavier Pastor was in charge of revising a standardised residential project with the aim of personalising the home and making it unique, according to the client's needs.

The starting point was very clear guidelines, as the layout and flooring were already defined. The work was carried out on the carpentry, finishing touches, lighting and equipment.

To create a more welcoming space, medium-toned wood cladding was chosen for the walls, which combines perfectly with the floor, and the darker wood present in the Julia shelving unit and the furniture. In addition, home automation is used to create atmospheres with light.

On the other hand, the Julia bookcase by Momocca incorporates grey and pink tones that combine well with the above and create a more pleasant environment.
