The development of this three semi-detached houses is located east of Mallorca’s island, in a zone well known among European tourists for its crystal-clear waters and its wide range of activities.

In order to comply with the demanding urban regulations of the area, the houses adapt to the steep orography of the site by staggering in floor and height.

Interior and exterior blend into two-story houses with a distinctively Mediterranean character. The upper floor is conformed by three outdoor-facing suites that cantilever over the lower floor to contemplate the surroundings.
