Shnorali Villa Project consists of three modern-style, luxury villas with a unique design plan for each. Located in the outskirts of Yerevan, they have been designed by Quark architects with a vision to create a peaceful, modern living space with luxury elements. The villas are characterized by the alternated use of stone veneer siding and wood siding with concrete for the interiors and exteriors. The spatial planning for the villas was guided by the combination of modern minimalism, luxury and comfort.

The two-storey villas boast an open-plan layout with a spacious living area, a stylish dining area and a kitchen area on the first floor. The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group with soft textures, and a layered centre table completing the elegant look. The dining area features a chic dining table that provides a perfect focal point for gatherings. The use of neutral colours brings a calming sensation into the space and floor-to-ceiling windows serve to enhance the interaction between indoors and outdoors. While the open areas are illuminated by LED cove lighting and recessed lighting, modern-style chandeliers elevate the style of the environment. Quark’s concept of minimalist elegance translates into the colour scheme and refined materials throughout the interiors.

The kitchen, which is well-connected to the garden, includes white marble countertops and the oversized marble island gives a character to the area by creating a bright and fresh look. Organic elements such as wooden cabinets and laminate flooring effectively balance the bright look provided by light colours. The bedrooms on the second floor feature balconies offering refreshing views of the garden. Each villa has an indoor home lift, a private garage and exterior lighting that adds a refined edge to the buildings and enhances security.
