The tetragonal building, the first of nine villas that will constitute a completely passive compound, limits the dispersant surfaces, guaranteeing to each unit, in the alternating interlocking of the cusps, equal solar gain and full visibility towards the park opposite.

The triangular layout of the houses rest on square lots forming a chessboard. The diagonal outline of the main front is arranged along the east-west axis to allow the correct solar orientation of each building. A set of walls perimeter the lot allowing the two green spaces to complement the volume of the house.

The brick envelope clads both elevations and roof and guarantees durability, thermal mass and ventilation and minimizes need for façade maintenance. The gridded screens on the elevations allow direct entry of winter sunlight while filtering the summer one.
