Along the Mashhad railway, when we enter the city, a number of white cylindrical buildings attract our attention.Upon further investigation, we find that this complex was actually a place to store oil and fuel.Which has remained unused and abandoned for years.When we went to the site for a closer look, we realized its good potential.Then, in the form of "Conservation & Preservation" lesson, we started 'Refurbishment".Given that in recent years, most of Iran's income has been through the sale of oil,We decided to focus the overall concept of our project on non-oil revenue sources.These resources include "Technology activities and Startups".Therefore, it can be said that the choice of a new topic for this complex is based on the conflict between the past Iranian economy and its future.
