The project involves the construction of a new single-family house developed on one level.

The location of the building exploits the full potential of the plot: the house creates privacy and protection for the most intimate environments and opens up towards the large private garden.

The shape of the house is generated by the union between the functional layout of the interiors and their best exposure creating two outdoor areas that are thus shaped with two different purpose: the south area with large windows facing the countryside and a portico and the area facing the north façade that is closed and impermeable towards the road.

In the northeast area there are facilities such as the garage, laundry room and a bathroom, while to the west there is the living area, composed by the kitchen and the living room, which extends toward the outside thanks to a covered area.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and walk-in closet are located in the east part of the building. The generous master bedroom with a dedicated suite bathroom and a walk-in closet gets light from the large glass door facing south that allows also a beautiful view towards the garden.

The layout of the house allows the indoor areas to communicate directly with the outdoor ones, expanding the space both physically, through the porch, and visually, through the large glass doors.

Il progetto prevede la costruzione di nuovo edificio residenziale unifamiliare sviluppato su un unico livello.
L’abitazione all’interno del lotto è posizionata il più lontano possibile dalla strada prospiciente al fine di sfruttare al massimo la privacy che l’ampio lotto poteva dare.
La forma dell'edificio è generata dall'unione tra la disposizione funzionale degli ambienti interni e la loro migliore esposizione: si vengono così a creare due aree esterne con specifica proprietà di utilizzo e funzione, la zona sud a portico con ampie vetrate verso la campagna e la zona a nord chiusa e impermeabile verso la strada.
Nella zona nord-est trovano luogo i locali di servizio quali garage, lavanderia e bagno, mentre a ovest il living, composto da cucina e soggiorno, si estende all'esterno grazie alla presenza di un'area porticata.
A est sono disposte le camere da letto con relativi bagni e cabina armadio. La generosa stanza matrimoniale dotata di proprio bagno e cabina armadio, prende luce da un'ampia vetrata esposta a sud, permettendo una suggestiva veduta sul parco.
La conformazione dell'edificio consente la diretta comunicazione degli spazi interni con l'esterno, permettendo una dilatazione dello spazio sia fisicamente, mediante il porticato, che visivamente, attraverso le ampie vetrate.
