Bolta Rece Restaurant | VICTOR GROSU

162 years after its construction, Bolta Rece Restaurant, the most popular restaurant in Sibiu, is relaunched under a new concept and becomes the main gastronomic destination for Sibiu, but also for tourists concentrated especially in the old town.

The new Bolta Rece project is designed as a food market, a rising culinary concept, where customers can dine in or take home ready-made food or fresh ingredients like meat, cheeses or vegetables. 

The Bolta Rece restaurant will bring together 4 different locations: a restaurant with a meat menu, a fish restaurant, both with an outdoor terrace, a pizza restaurant and a cafe/pastry shop. They will be connected by a common dining area, in the centre where will be arranged a bar. Each restaurant in the Bolta Rece complex will have accessible takeaway stations in the park.
