We designed a duplex apartment that includes the top floor and the attic of a private villa.The entrance is on the top floor and then there is an access to the attic.
On the top floor we placed the hall and an en-suite guest room. The impressive, large scale stairs driving to the attic where the open-air kitchen, living room and dining room can be found. This spacious room takes the half of the whole space. The bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe unit also can be found here.
There is a terrace attached to the apartment which is a valuable space with a pergola, lounge zone and outdoor shower.We kept seen the raw concrete structure of the roof and combined with noble surfaces like mosaics, natural stones and bronze glasses.The atmosphere we designed is a bit masculine, in total impact is cosy, elegant and perfectly functional interior.
