Giovanni Pollon, Director of Real Estate Management at Aésio (formerly Eovi, Adrea and Apreva, before they merged together), met Cider’s teams at the Workplace trade fair in 2018. Convinced by the smaller scale of our company, making it better equipped for fast and flexible service, Giovanni Pollon hired Cider to work on a refurbishment project for a training centre in Lyon, which was looking for “new ways for people to get together”. This first project called for a comprehensive, turnkey solution: concept, works, layout, design and furniture, relying on the combined expertise of Cider and 2SW. Following the success of this first collaboration, Aésio, the general contractor, and the architecture firm CBRE have once again turned to Cider to handle their next project: refurbishing their new headquarters in the heart of Paris, with an ambitious plan to reach completion within two weeks. And Cider delivered! This project was designed to address several demands: transforming spaces to accommodate new work behaviours while creating a chic and effortless environment that would reflect the client’s image.

A CHIC AND SIMPLE ATMOSPHERE

Statement pieces chosen to meet the client’s request for refinement were all designed by La Manufacture — the Cider Group’s premium brand. The nubuck-upholstered Calice armchair designed by Patrick Norguet and the Luizet modular sofa by designer Luca Nichetto suggest a unique air of elegance. The selection of high-end furniture and curved lines give the hall a warm and welcoming feel, striking visitors with an immediate sense of comfort.

The clean, elegant design concept will provide a common thread throughout the various spaces.

·        Warm collaborative spaces boasting splashes of zesty colours, with the Archi writing board and the Poov poufs fitting in effortlessly.

·        Executive offices furnished with I-land directional desks manufactured by Cider, which features an intimate island and warm, high-end finishes for worthwhile conversations.
