The impactful space of this office gives employees a vibrant boost of energy throughout their day, a thoughtfully designed environment for the call center giant’s Balıkesir office. The innovative working environment is based on an activity-related workplace concept. The most important design element of the office approach is open workstations , packed tightly but energetically together with employees working as one big family.

Our main idea was to make the place a little bit more light and color as well as to utilize all the hallways and their adjacent spaces. While most of the ceiling was opened and layered with different lightings, common areas and main hallway to provide dynamism and new space definition. Color has a significant role in the design of the space and is part of our sensory perception. Colors convey ideas, worldviews, feelings, emotions, as well as atmosphere and they usually come infused with aesthetic, cultural, and even commercial associations.

This simple and white space then became host to a series of colourful and playful inserts giving rise to a functional and fun workspace that can grow with the business in the operation area!  We wanted to encourage creative use of the space though its flow: wallpapers and different textures are modelled like colorful environment and users can choose from seating units, stepped soft seats or table seats.

The resting / cafeteria space is varied in furniture styles and levels of privacy; this ensures meetings of any style are catered for in such a versatile environment. The large dining hall at the end of the corridor fits the entire office for various group and team lunches.

The aim of our office design is to create an open space and the cozy atmosphere of a social hub where colours and lights can invade. Also, for this company it is very important that employees feel a sense of well-being and comfort in their worklife . Bright colors make people smile and feel good. It’s that simple!
