The design concept is based on an antithesis between the warmth and the softness of The Éclair and hard cold materials, like stone and metal.
The counter , the main furniture part that stands as a big display for the sweet products, is made out of two kind of materials : the first part is covered in large plates of bush- hammered natural stone, meanwhile the second one, which stands as the serving part, is made of bend stainless steel.
The flavors menu is located on the wall behind the counter. The product’s presentation is done using some metal coins, on which the magnetic letters are attached.
The idea of simplicity and refinement was the basis of the whole design, exactly as in the preparation of the perfect éclair.
