The CUBE project is a small energy efficient cottage designed according to the principles of a passive frame house.

The house is located ​and designed ​in a way that the main living areas are on the south side.

Also, the southern facade has maximum glazing. In winter the room will receive passive solar energy. In summer,​ ​to ​avoid ​overheating ​of ​the house, ​we designed rotating slats pergola.

​​House​ equipment: geothermal heat pump, ventilation system with heat recovery, “smart home” system, large windows with insulated profile, sliding door system from the living room to the terrace, pergola with swivel slats, eaveless roof with hidden gutter system.
