Set into the hillside above Camp de Mar Bay on the island of Mallorca is P27, a home designed by Osvaldo Luppi Architects.

Nothing short of breathtaking, the architecture masterfully adapts the building to the geography of the site. Its three floors take full advantage of the spectacular views Mallorca has to offer, while intensifying the contrast between the spaces shaped by man and the surrounding natural setting.

The interior design, curated by Terraza Balear, translates the grandeur of the architecture into equally refined interiors. The resulting atmosphere is one where relaxed Mediterranean lifestyles meet sophisticated Italian design.

An exquisite example of that is the living room, where a soft pastel color palette is offset by shades of sea blue. This area of the home blends seamlessly with the outdoors – one side opens onto an internal patio and the other adjoins the pool. Furnishings include a corner arrangement of the Soft Dream sofa, designed by Antonio Citterio, paired with two elegant Bangkok ottomans upholstered in cowhide suede.
