A set that seems to emerge from the forest and integrates perfectly in the landscape in which it is located; in coherence with the philosophy of the Brand, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti reinterprets The traditional architecture of the place, finding the recurring elements of mountain constructions, such as wood, stone and the rigorous simplicity of finishes, mediated Through a strong Italian style that confers prestige and luxury internationally.

Starting from these elements, Studio Apostoli, multi-award-winning architectural firm in the hospitality and wellness industry, laid the foundations for the interior design concept. A design idea, born from the close collaboration with the Lefay Resorts Team Project, which communicates the values of the Brand, including Italianness, contemporary luxury and environmental and energy sustainability.

The structure is spread over nine levels, naturally resting on the surrounding mountains, four dedicated to private residences and five to the hotel suites. It provides 86 suites and 23 residences, an absolute innovation in the Italian real estate panorama that offers the owners the possibility to access the services of the Resort and to participate in the “Rental programme”, providing the unit during periods of non-use. The hotel also offers many services including two restaurants, lounge bar, reading room, meeting area and a 24-hour gym.

The heart of the Resort remains certainly Lefay SPA, the wellness area that, with its 5,000 square meters is one of the most extensive of the Alps.  From an aquatic epicentre reminiscent of the atmospheres of the ancient baths, the SPA unfolds in large themed areas, the result of philosophies elaborated in the first jewel of the collection located in Gargnano and here further enriched and developed.

Un complesso che sembra emergere dal bosco e s’integra perfettamente nel paesaggio in cui è collocato; coerentemente alla filosofia del Brand, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti reinterpreta l’architettura tradizionale del luogo, ritrovando gli elementi ricorrenti delle costruzioni di montagna, come il legno, la pietra e la rigorosa semplicità delle finiture, mediate attraverso un forte stile italiano che conferisce prestigio e lusso a livello internazionale.

A partire da questi elementi, lo Studio Alberto Apostoli, multi-premiata firma di architettura in ambito ricettivo e wellness, ha posto le basi per il concept design degli interni. Un’idea progettuale, nata dalla stretta collaborazione con il Team Project Lefay Resorts, che comunica i valori del Brand, tra cui l’italianità, un lusso contemporaneo e una sostenibilità ambientale ed energetica.

La struttura si sviluppa su nove livelli, naturalmente adagiati sulle montagne circostanti, quattro dedicati alle residenze private e cinque alle suite dell’hotel. Prevede infatti 86 suite e 23 residenze, un’assoluta novità nel panorama immobiliare italiano che offre ai Proprietari la possibilità di accedere ai servizi del Resort e di partecipare al “Rental programme”, mettendo a disposizione l’unità nei periodi di non utilizzo. La struttura offre inoltre numerosi servizi tra cui due ristoranti, lounge bar, sala lettura, area meeting e una palestra aperta 24 ore al giorno.

Il cuore del Resort resta certamente Lefay SPA, l’area benessere che, con i suoi 5.000 metri quadri risulta essere una delle più estese dell’arco alpino.  Da un epicentro acquatico che ricorda le atmosfere delle terme antiche, la SPA si snoda in ampie aree a tema, frutto di filosofie elaborate nel primo gioiello della Collezione situato a Gargnano e qui ulteriormente arricchite e sviluppate.
