Chalet Mimi

This double chalet situated on the Arlberg ski slopes is a new building, which impresses on the inside due to its modesty and the fact it embraces alpine tradition. The central theme for the interior design is "On holiday in a mountain village". The discerning international clientele enjoys the intimate cosiness and traditional flair emphasised by the authentic rooms, small details and handicrafts on view. Simple, plain materials are refined using typical embroidery creating a strong local reference. In addition, they convey their very own interpretation of luxury. The luxury of slowness, care and creation. Specially reinterpreted embroidery designs can be found in wall panels and on lampshades and pillows. Hand-forged elements designed by us are combined with valuable antiques and accessories.

Das Doppel-Chalet Mimi auf den Skipisten des Arlbergs ist ein Neubau, der im Inneren durch Bescheidenheit und das Aufgreifen alpiner Tradition besticht. Das zentrale Thema für die innenarchitektonische Gestaltung ist „Urlaub im Bergdorf“. Die anspruchsvolle internationale Gästeklientel erfreut sich über intime Gemütlichkeit und traditionelles Flair, das durch authentische Räume, kleine Details und sichtbare Handarbeit unterstrichen wird. So werden einfache, ehrliche Materialien durch typische Stickereikunst veredelt und schaffen auf diese Weise nicht nur einen starken Ortsbezug. Sie vermitteln auch eine ganz eigene Interpretation von Luxus. Den Luxus der Langsamkeit, der Sorgfalt und des Entstehenlassens. Eigens neu interpretierte Stickmuster finden sich in Wandpaneelen, Lampenschirmen und auf Kissen wieder und von uns designte handgeschmiedete Elemente werden mit ausgesuchten, wertvollen Antiquitäten und Accessoires kombiniert.

Il doppio chalet Mimi sulle piste da sci dell’Arlberg è una nuova costruzione che all’interno affascina per la sua semplicità e il suo omaggio alla tradizione alpina. Il tema centrale del design degli interni è “vacanze in un villaggio di montagna”. L’esigente clientela internazionale gode di un’accoglienza intima e di un’atmosfera tradizionale, sottolineata da camere originali, piccoli dettagli e artigianato in vista. I materiali, semplici e genuini, sono arricchiti dalla tipica arte del ricamo che in questo modo non solo creano un forte senso di appartenenza al luogo, ma trasmettono anche la loro personale interpretazione del lusso. Il lusso della lentezza, della cura e del lasciar spazio al nascere delle cose. Motivi di ricamo appositamente reinterpretati si trovano nei pannelli murali, sui paralumi e sui cuscini. Gli elementi realizzati da noi a mano, si combinano con i pezzi d’antiquariato e con gli accessori accuratamente selezionati.
