Former sawdust factory located in Pantin, this industrial heritage has been restored to accommodate workshop. The creative agency Marlowe wanted to set up its offices and reserve a space for photo shoots. The place is divided into two spaces: the cyclorama and its adjoining rooms (observation point, makeup room and dressing, storage) as well as a workspace accompanied by a living and welcoming place for customers. The cyclorama, while curved, fits into the existing place and organizes, by its curved shape, the different spaces that overlook it.

Consisting of a mixed brick/concrete structure dating from the 19th century, the objective was to translate the history of the building by the enhancement of the materials that compose it. The idea was also to use recovery materials. The staircase and all office furniture to the kitchen facades are made of Wagon wood.

Ancienne usine de sciure située à Pantin, ce patrimoine industriel a été restauré afin d’accueillir des ateliers. L’agence de création Marlowe souhaitait installer ses bureaux et réserver un espace aux shooting photo. Le lieu est divisé en deux espaces : le cyclorama et ses pièces annexes (point d’observation, salle de maquillage et habillage, stockage) ainsi qu’un espace de travail accompagné d’un lieu de vie et d’accueil pour les clients. Le cyclorama, tout en courbe, s’insère dans le lieu existant et organise, par sa forme courbe, les différents espaces qui le surplombent.

Constitué d’une structure mixte brique/béton datant du 19eme siècle, l’objectif fut de traduire l’histoire du bâtiment par la mise en valeur des matériaux qui le composent. L’idée fut également d’utiliser des matériaux de récupération. L’escalier et l’ensemble du mobilier de bureaux jusqu’aux façades de cuisine sont composés de bois de Wagon.
