EN - This 230-square-meter penthouse is located on the eighty-second floor of the Oko Tower in Moscow City.
The original layout of the apartment has been completely revisited by architects Alexey Nikolashin and Maria Poshekhonova who decided to merge the existing living room, kitchen and office and transform them into a common open space, separated from the two night areas.
The entire home, perfectly arranged with refined and precious materials, presents impressive floor-to-ceiling windows all around it which let sunrays coming in and offer people a breathtaking panorama of the city. The stylish interiors, designed with great accuracy and a distinctive contemporary style, are characterized by a vivid alternation of oak wooden panels, white walls and natural stones elegantly paired with upholstered and complementary pieces of great sophistication.
The best view is from the living room, especially when seated on the soft volumes of the two facing compositions of the Lawrence Clan seating system. The two sofas, undisputed protagonists of the space, dressed with elegant fabric in black colour, are also a true invite to conviviality. Next to them, the delightful sculpture of Mickey Mouse by Leblon Delienne and the graphic Jacob coffee tables with marble and lacquered table tops.
Special attention has been paid to the kitchen island, placed at the centre of the space and covered with a precious silver wave marble, which put a great accent on the bar area. The adjacent dining one presents the round iconic Van Dyck table surrounded by three Phillips chairs with their precise curves.
A huge selection of Minotti pieces has been chosen for the master night area, such as the Powell bed and the Reeves armchair with footstool, other than small complementary pieces for the bathroom and the wardrobe.
The three areas dialogue among themselves through glass partitions, which confer an immediate sense of fluidity and harmony to the space. Verde Antigua marble walls and oak wooden panels complete the overall concept and add a decorative touch to the atmosphere. The complementary guest night area presents a single space with the Reeves bed, next to a couple of Cesar coffee tables used as nightstands, while there’s a small bathroom behind. A truly sophisticated project offering a serene and stylish environment superbly attuned to its stunning urban surroundings.

Il layout originale della penthouse è stato completamente rivisitato dagli architetti Alexey Nikolashin e Maria Poshekhonova, che hanno deciso di fondere soggiorno, cucina e ufficio esistenti e trasformarli in un grande open-space separato dalle due zone notte.
L'intera abitazione, perfettamente arredata con materiali raffinati e preziosi, circondata da vetrate imponenti che lasciano penetrare la luce naturale, offrono al contempo un panorama mozzafiato sulla città. Gli interni eleganti, progettati con grande cura, dal ricercato stile contemporaneo, sono caratterizzati da una vivace alternanza di pannellature in legno di quercia, pareti bianche e pietra naturale, perfettamente abbinati a pezzi imbottiti e complementi d’arredo di grande raffinatezza.
La vista migliore è dal soggiorno, soprattutto se seduti sui volumi morbidi delle due composizioni vis-à-vis del sistema di sedute Hamilton. I due divani, rivestiti con un elegante tessuto di color nero, sono i protagonisti indiscussi dello spazio e rappresentano anche un vero invito alla convivialità. Accanto, trovano spazio l’interessante scultura d Mickey Mouse di Leblon Delienne e i tavolini grafici Jacob con piani in marmo e laccati.
Particolare attenzione è stata riservata alla cucina a isola posta al centro dello spazio e rivestita da un prezioso marmo Silver Wave, che dà grande risalto alla zona bar. L'adiacente sala da pranzo presenta l'iconico tavolo rotondo Van Dyck, circondato da tre sedie Phillips dalla peculiare silhouette curva.
Per la zona notte principale è stata individuata una vasta selezione di soluzioni Minotti, come il letto Powell e la poltrona Reeves con poggiapiedi, oltre a piccoli complementi per il bagno e il guardaroba. Le tre aree dialogano tra loro attraverso elementi divisori in vetro, che conferiscono allo spazio un immediato senso di fluidità e armonia. Pareti in marmo Verde Antigua e pannelli in legno di quercia completano il concept e aggiungono un tocco decorativo all'atmosfera.
La zona notte dedicata agli ospiti presenta un unico ambiente risolto con il letto Reeves, insieme a una coppia di tavolini Cesar utilizzati come comodini, che vede adiacente un piccolo bagno. Un progetto dai toni sofisticati che offre un ambiente piacevole ed elegante, perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto urbano.

L’agencement d’origine a été complètement repensé par les architectes Alexey Nikolashin et Maria Poshekhonova qui ont décidé de faire fusionner le séjour, la cuisine et le bureau afin de les transformer en un seul et même espace ouvert séparé des deux chambres.
Mêlant à la perfection des matériaux nobles et raffinés, le logement est entièrement entouré par d’imposantes fenêtres qui laissent pénétrer la lumière naturelle tout en offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur la ville. Conçu avec le plus grand soin, l’intérieur très élégant affiche un style sophistiqué et contemporain où alternent dynamiquement des panneaux en bois de chêne, des murs blancs et de la pierre naturelle, le tout en parfait accord avec des meubles rembourrés et des accessoires d’ameublement d’une grande finesse.
C’est depuis le séjour que l’on peut admirer la plus belle vue sur Moscou, en particulier lorsque l’on est assis sur les volumes moelleux des deux compositions agencées en vis-à-vis du système de sièges Hamilton. Habillés d’un élégant tissu de couleur noire, les deux canapés sont les vedettes incontestées de l’espace et invitent immédiatement à la convivialité. L’intéressante sculpture Mickey Mouse de Leblon Delienne et les petites tables graphiques Jacob ornées de plateaux laqués ou en marbre trouvent parfaitement leur place à leurs côtés.
Les architectes ont accordé une attention toute particulière à la cuisine en îlot située au milieu de l’espace et revêtue d’un luxueux marbre Silver Wave faisant nettement ressortir le coin bar. La salle à manger adjacente comprend la table ronde culte Van Dyck entourée par trois sièges Phillips se distinguant par leur silhouette incurvée très particulière.
La chambre principale comprend un riche florilège de solutions Minotti, notamment le lit Powell et le fauteuil Reeves avec repose-pieds ainsi que de petits compléments d’ameublement pour la salle de bains et le dressing. Les trois espaces dialoguent entre eux à travers des éléments de séparation vitrés qui confèrent immédiatement au logement fluidité et harmonie. Des murs en marbre vert Antigua et des panneaux en bois de chêne complètent le projet et apportent une touche décorative à l’atmosphère générale.
La chambre d’amis ne comprend qu’un seul espace agrémenté par le lit Reeves ainsi que par un duo de petites tables Cesar utilisées comme tables de chevet. Elle est jouxtée par une petite salle de bains. Ce projet aux touches sophistiquées donne naissance à une pièce agréable et élégante en parfaite harmonie avec le contexte urbain.

Der ursprüngliche Grundriss des Penthouses wurde von den Architekten Alexey Nikolashin und Maria Poshekhonova vollständig überarbeitet. Sie beschlossen, das bestehende Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das Büro zusammenzulegen und in einen großen offenen Raum zu verwandeln, der von den beiden Schlafbereichen getrennt ist.
Die gesamte Wohnung, die auf vollendete Weise mit eleganten und wertvollen Materialien eingerichtet ist, ist von imposanten Fenstern umgeben. Diese lassen natürliches Licht eindringen und bieten gleichzeitig einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt. Die geschmackvollen Innenräume, die mit großer Sorgfalt in einem exklusiven zeitgenössischen Stil gestaltet wurden, zeichnen sich durch einen lebendigen Wechsel von Eichenholztäfelungen, weißen Wänden und Naturstein aus. Im Einklang mit den Polstermöbeln und den sehr erlesenen Einrichtungsaccessoires entsteht so ein ansprechendes Ambiente.
Die beste Aussicht hat man vom Wohnzimmer aus, vor allem, wenn man auf der weichen vis-à-vis-Komposition des Sitzprogramms Hamilton sitzt. Die beiden Sofas mit ihrem eleganten schwarzen Stoffbezug sind die unbestrittenen Protagonisten des Raumes und laden zu Momenten der Geselligkeit ein. Daneben stehen die interessante Mickey Mouse-Skulptur von Leblon Delienne und die grafischen Beistelltische Jacob mit Marmor- und Lackplatten.
Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die Kücheninsel gelegt, die in der Mitte des Raumes platziert ist. Ins Auge fällt ihre Verkleidung aus kostbarem Silver-Wave-Marmor, der insbesondere den Barbereich zur Geltung bringt. Im angrenzenden Esszimmer steht der ikonische runde Tisch Van Dyck, umgeben von drei Stühlen Phillips, die mit ihrer eigentümlich geschwungenen Silhouette den Blick auf sich ziehen.
Für den Hauptschlafbereich wurde eine große Auswahl an Minotti-Lösungen gewählt, wie z. B. das Bett Powell und der Sessel Reeves mit Fußstütze, sowie kleine Beistellmöbel für das Bad und den Kleiderschrank. Die drei Bereiche treten durch gläserne Trennelemente miteinander in einen Dialog und der Raum vermittelt auf diese Weise ein unmittelbares Gefühl von Fluidität und Harmonie. Marmorwände im Ton Antigua-Grün und Eichenholzpaneele vervollständigen das Konzept und verleihen der Atmosphäre einen dekorativen Touch.
In dem als einzelnes Ambiente konzipierten Schlafbereich für die Gäste steht das Bett Reeves zusammen mit einem Paar Beistelltische Cesar, die als Nachttische verwendet werden; unmittelbar daneben liegt ein kleines Badezimmer. Ein Projekt mit eleganten Nuancen, das eine angenehme und stilvolle Umgebung schafft, die sich perfekt in den städtischen Kontext einfügt.
