ENG - The new Reale Mutua Group Sports and Leisure Club is located inside a 19.000 sqm area, on the corner between Corso Agnelli and Corso Siracusa. The project includes several outdoor courts for soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball, puddle and beach volley.
In the centre of the area a new building houses the Club’s offices, a cafè, a resurant, a gym and locker rooms. The facility is articulated in two storey volumes, rotated and linked together by a low-rise one storey space and by a long covered walk alongside the south facade. A large green area surrounds the complex.
ITA - Il nuovo Centro Ricreativo e Sportivo di Reale Mutua Group è realizzato in un’area di circa 19.000 mq. localizzata lungo Corso Agnelli in corrispondenza del Corso Siracusa. Il programma prevede alcuni campi sportivi al’aperto per il calcio ad 11, il tennis, pallacanestro/pallavolo, paddle e beach volley.
Al centro dell’area un nuovo volume ospita la sede del Circolo, un bar ristorante, una palestra e numerosi spogliatoi. Il complesso è articolato in due volumi a due piani f.t. , ruotati e uniti da un volume basso di un piano f.t. con un ampio porticato lungo il fronte sud. Qui un’ampia area a verde completa la struttura.
