Multi-functionality, mobility and quality are the main aspects Massive Design sought when choosing the furniture for the new offices of Cushman & Wakefild. 2,500 square metres distributed over two floors inside the skyscrapers of The Warsaw Hub: a complex with modern offices and prestigious residential contexts in one of the most dynamic districts of the Polish capital.
The different spaces have been designed specifically for people, for the modern workstyle and to foster creative and collaborative meetings. Spacious and cosy communal areas with fascinating views of the city centre, but also smaller areas and rooms that can serve both introverts and extroverts.

A futuristic architectural project based on the Six Feet Office, and influenced by the pandemic experience, that marks the entry into a dimension built upon new rules and new methodologies for the design, the creation and the management of truly effective working and sharing environments. Six Feet Office is a Cushman & Wakefield concept based on social distance and consists of basic guidelines that can be also applied to the everyday life.
A theory that has enabled the global real estate company to guarantee its employees a safe return to work without renouncing well-being, ergonomics and comfort.

“We only issued the problem, told them what we would have liked to achieve in terms of functionality and aesthetics and they brought us this fantastic piece of furniture - says Konrad Dowejko, Design Director of Massive Design - We were simply looking for foldable and movable conference tables with a good quality and that could be easily operated by one person. Nowadays it is crucial to adapt our office spaces to our needs, even several times a day. In 15 minutes we are able to totally reconfigure the reception & the conference areas, by folding all the tables, and once done we can have a shared space for over 150 people. There are not so many products alike!”.

Argo Libro is a multifunctional and space-saving table, 100% recyclable, on castors and easy to fold, immediately and, thanks to Mara's integrated and patented anti-shock system, in total safety. Thanks to its versatility, this product can be used as a single workstation, as a co-working table for groups of up to fourteen people, as a room divider or as a blackboard, and is suitable to be used in the most diverse environments: from offices to homes.

The offices in the new headquarters have been designed and built to meet the requirements of the WELL certification (the first system to define the parameters by which buildings can improve our lives, focusing on people's comfort), paying attention to every detail and using top-quality furniture and materials.
