TAKA + PARTNERS took over the design of Manassu bar & restaurant, located in Sithonia, Halkidiki. The new amenities include a restaurant, a bar and multiple lounges, that are located all around. The design explores the sequences and frames of the plot’s levels, which are being twisted towards the sea view. Free and curved alignments set walking points and enhance connectivity. Plants, rope and wicker form dense and rare patterns, on the pergolas’ ceiling, adding to the geometry of walking and sitting zones. The design took into consideration the fully integrated into the sea site, thus the approach included use of natural materials.
