The original catalog house from the 90s no longer met the needs of a growing family. He needed a layout change as well as a "facelift" in the form of completing the facade. The adapted house opens onto the garden and connects the exterior with the interior via a generous terrace with barbecue and sunken pool. In the rear part, new rooms with hygiene were created, in the front facade the facade was compacted. The limit in the rear part is the retaining wall, according to which the bend of the facade is also shaped. The bend is also used in the gable of the front façade and together with the trellia loggia they create the characteristic expression of the house.
