105 sqm apartment in central Israel. Distributed, planned and redesigned for a family of 3 people. Parents and a girl, includes 3 bedrooms and a home office next to the public space and separated by glass wall with sliding doors that allow you to be part of the public space and close to achieve quite and privacy when needed.

One of the main motifs in the design of the apartment is the original exposed concrete ceiling that has been preserved as it is and gives the apartment an authentic and rough look and also a wonderful base for all the super clean and modern elements chosen for the apartment.

Lots of visual geometric details are present in the apartment. Arches and curves along with the recurrence of linear lines that can be seen both in the detachment details and in the carpentry details as well as in the metal strips on the entrance wall, at the glass door to the master bedroom and in the LED strip lighting.

Most lighting fixtures and carpentry items are custom-made items designed by the interior designer as well.

The kitchen walls were chosen to be coated with an elegant and warm veneer that blends wonderfully with the cold and industrial stainless steel surface that serves as a work surface.

The entire entrance wall, which is covered with strips of metal in various thicknesses, hides behind it a large storage closet and an entrance door to the laundry room.

The luxurious bathrooms are covered with unique tiles from Mutina and 41zero42 brands.

The urban balcony floor is covered with millimeter concrete and full of rich tropical plants who creates a perfect magical corner in the city.
