Restaurant of traditional Azerbaijani cuisine of Nakhchevan region, located next door to objects of national importance, such as the Parliament of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Security.The institution with age and established history, which has come the time to renew its appearance, adding status to it and preserving traditions.The basis of the interior concept was the cultural and architectural heritage of the Nakhichevan region.

The main color scheme was taken from the design of the facade of the Mausoleum in the village of Karabaglar, from there the turquoise tone will be adopted, which sat on the basis of the interior accents, and ornament for decorative decoration of the walls and ceiling was also borrowed from the elements of the facade.

When developing the decoration of arches and other decor elements, the authors were inspired by the architectural decisions and techniques of the Momine Hatun Mausoleum, the Tomb of Noah and the Tomb of Yusif ibn Quseir - sacred places and sights of the country.

Materials: clay, gypsum, natural wood, horns, skin, onyx, brass, ceramics in the form of beads on chandeliers and decor, weaves in the form of partitions and chandeliers.

Stylistics: modern asceticism combined with Scandinavian style in furniture, ethno style in detail and Japanese style in shapes.

The planning solution of the restaurant involves the main seating of guests in the central hall, while 3 VIP halls for celebrations and private dinners are provided.
