The residential building consists of two ashlars of different heights that touch each other on their long sides. The flatter ashlar houses the loggia and garage, while the higher one houses the living area. This living area is further divided into two areas: facing south, the living and dining room; facing north, the ancillary room areas, such as the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The ancillary rooms are spatially accommodated in another vertical cuboid. An air space connects the ground floor and the upper floor. The building has a basement. Energy-saving measures such as hot water collectors are planned.
