“THE VIEW” contemporary/pop style apartment in a medieval village.
 
A stunning , contemporary apartment in the storic center of Cana, a medieval village in Maremma, Tuscany, at 30 km from Grosseto and the sea. From the flat there is a stunning view of the Grosseto gulf and the sea with romantic sunsets. The flat has been restored by the owner, an architect, in a POP style with unique street-art reproduction and architectural elements.
Outdoor space is available for enjoying Tuscan summers. 
 
The VIEW is a Loft/style space with high-ceiling living room, able to be transformed in a bedroom in the evening. In the center of the space a black cube contains the bathroom. The cube is at cm. 45 from the floor to permit to have a sliding bed under it! So, during the day, the bed is a sofà, but during the night it can be slided to be used as double bed. A bespoke very original, mini kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (fridge, oven and hubs). The bathroom is very comfortable and is  equipped with huge shower, basin, toilet and bidè. Outside, table and chairs for your outdoor life.
THE VIEW is completely accessorized, with WI-FI, TV.
