LAYER | Flussocreativo Design Studio

Layer è un progetto legato ad un’opera di completa ristrutturazione a Brescia che ha reso possibile l’unione di due appartamenti racchiudendoli all’interno di un unico nucleo abitativo. La progettazione effettuata fa leva proprio sulla rilevante caratteristica degli strati che compongono il nuovo contesto caratterizzato da una molteplicità di cambi di quota identificati da diversi materiali.

Si accede all’abitazione tramite un elegante ingresso valorizzato dall’effetto materico delle pareti e da una sapiente illuminazione. Il corridoio, che si trova un paio di gradini più in alto, è caratterizzato da travi a vista sbiancate e dal pavimento in resina. I punti focali color petrolio identificano i punti perimetrali di questo primo livello. A schermare l’ingresso del bagno di servizio, accessibile tramite il corridoio, una caratteristica porta in stile industriale realizzata in ferro e vetro opaco. L’arredo di questa stanza è minimal e molto funzionale. La parete che ospita il lavabo e i sanitari è rivestita a tutt’altezza da mattoncini in ceramica bianca in contrasto con la rubinetteria nera.

Basta salire un altro gradino per poter accedere alla zona living: il cuore della fusione. Qui il portone recuperato in legno e ferro introduce ad uno spazio dominato dall’armonia dei colori naturali che abbracciano materiali come il parquet in rovere chiaro ed il legno dall’essenza scura del tavolo e delle travi a vista. Ad illuminare e segnare la conformazione geometrica dell’ambiente la poetica Moon di Davide Groppi. La madia disegnata su misura incornicia invece la parete dedicata al televisore e ai suoi vari accessori.  Ad anticipare il portale dedicato all’ingresso nella cucina una libreria minimal in alluminio verniciato nero.

Sullo stesso livello del soggiorno troviamo il disimpegno costituito da un portale contenitivo color rosso hapur, il quale tramite una porta rasomuro, conduce al livello interrato della lavanderia che resta nascosta grazie al sapiente utilizzo di un’unica finitura. Percorrendo altri due gradini si accede alla cucina caratterizzata dal rivestimento in ceramica effetto cocci sia a parete che a pavimento, che contrasta con il rigore e la linearità dei toni bianchi del resto dell’ambiente. Al centro della stanza l’affascinante lampada Eden di Torremato dona un tocco di verde naturale.

L’esotica ed elegante scala con parete rivestita Inkiostro Bianco, situata al livello del corridoio, permette di accedere alla zona notte. La cameretta è un vero e proprio elogio del blu e del rosa, colori che esaltano la sensibilità della piccola e romantica committente. Piano lavoro, mensole, pensili e box contenitori trovano comune accordo grazie ad una floreale carta da parati che non solo incornicia la grande postazione operativa ma attribuisce un piacevole impatto alla vista.

Strato dopo strato, curando i dettagli e intervenendo in maniera sostanziale per omologare gli ambienti, si è ottenuta una conformazione architettonica unica, variegata e distribuita su diversi livelli. Una casa a strati, dove ogni nuovo elemento arricchisce senza essere fuori luogo l’insieme del tutto.

Layer is a project linked to a complete renovation work in Brescia that made it possible to combine two apartments by enclosing them within a single residential unit. The design which has been carried out relies precisely on the relevant characteristic of the layers that form the new context characterized by a multiplicity of exchanges in height also identified by different materials.

It is possibile to access the house thanks to an elegant entrance enhanced by the material effect of the walls and skilful lighting.

The hallway, which begins a couple of steps higher, features bleached and exposed beams and a resin floor. The petrol-colored focal points identify the perimeter points of this first level.Screening the entrance to the service bathroom, accessible via the corridor, is a characteristic industrial-style door made of iron and opaque glass. The furniture in this room is minimal and very functional. The wall that hosts the washbasin and the sanitary fittings is covered at full height with white ceramic bricks which are in contrast with the black taps.Just go up another step to access the living area: the heart of Layer's fusion. Here the recovered wood and iron door introduces a space dominated by the harmony of natural colors that embrace materials such as light oak parquet and dark wood of the table and yet again exposed beams. The poetic “Moon” by Davide Groppi illuminates and marks the geometric conformation of the environment.

The custom designed sideboard instead frames the wall dedicated to the TV and its various accessories. A minimal bookcase in black painted aluminum anticipates the portal dedicated to the entrance to the kitchen.At the same level of the living room we find the hallway consisting of a hapur red containing portal, which through a flush-door leads to the basement level of the laundry room which remains hidden thanks to the skilful use of a single finishing.A further two steps lead to the kitchen characterized by the ceramic cocci effect on both the wall and the floor, which contrasts with the rigor and linearity of the white tones of the rest of the room. In the center of the room the charming Eden lamp by Torremato gives a touch of natural green.The exotic and elegant staircase with Inkiostro Bianco clad wall, located at the level of the hallway, allows access to the sleeping area.The bedroom is a true praise of blue and pink, colors that enhance the sensitivity of the small and romantic client. Workbench, shelves, wall units and storage boxes find common agreement thanks to a floral wallpaper that not only frames the large workstation but gives a pleasant impact to the eye.

 Layer after layer, taking care of the details and intervening substantially to homologate the environments, a unique architectural conformation was obtained, varied and distributed on different levels. A layered house, where each new element enriches the ensemble without being out of place.
