Mobility was the main starting point of the space created by architects Hugo Schwartz and Alexandre Gedeon, from the InTown Arquitetura office, at CASACOR São Paulo 2019. With 108 m², Loft Mobili was designed for a young couple with open and well-distributed spaces. Integrated and functional, they encourage conviviality.
Cobogós are not just an aesthetic resource. Sustainability, which is at the heart of the project, has led to the use of solutions to make better use of natural light and ventilation. The house also includes some skylights for the entry of light. In fact, the entire coverage of the environment is flat and received a blanket that reflects 95% of sunlight. This reduces the thermal sensation inside.
