Integrated and open space values a more uncomplicated life

With 68m², the residence has a modern look and a color palette that transitions from beige to light gray, creating neutral and ethereal impressions. The listed, functional and elegant architecture is reminiscent of a romantic house, with contemporary office interference. In addition, it has a complementary attachment format, that is, a space that can be attached to a larger house, functioning as a guest house or being implemented repeatedly, like a small village. Divided between living, dining, suite, kitchen and deck, the house is flooded with natural light and the use of dry materials, with modern intent and Scandinavian essence.ain starting point of the space created by architects Hugo Schwartz and Alexandre Gedeon, from the InTown Arquitetura office, at CASACOR São Paulo 2019. With 108 m², Loft Mobili was designed for a young couple with open and well-distributed spaces. Integrated and functional, they encourage conviviality.

Generating a mystical and special panorama, an arrangement made with ‘pampas grass’ forms a kind of cloud when hung under the dining table and alludes to a fog and folk decor.
